In the physical part of the rehab program, training is combined with theory to gain an understanding and knowledge of your body’s function. What are the restrictions and why? A restriction does not mean that you can not do certain things, a restriction means that you have to do certain things differently and gain knowledge of new strategies that make you aware of your possibilities.

Muscle stretching is performed through manual therapy and via Pilates. The Pilates machines give us many opportunities and are a good combination with other training.


Relaxation and conscious breathing are also an important part of the program.

The water makes it easier to move and gravity doesn’t matter when you’re in the water. Therefore, a mobility that you didn’t think was possible can be achieved through the right training. Our physiotherapists are in the water during every training session and ensure that your movements are performed correctly. The warm water also makes it a pleasant time. For those who are sensitive to heat, there is a cooler pool.
